Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your piece arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the product and packaging and, if possible, an unboxing video.
Once we confirm the issue, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping you paid. We arrange or pay for the return pickup in these cases.
Returning unused items
If you change your mind, you may return an unused piece within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packing with all tags and accessories.
For these returns, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer, and the original shipping charge is not refundable.
Items we cannot take back
- Return gift and bulk orders, and pieces customised or ordered specially for you
- Silver and gold coins and bars
- Gemstone malas and bracelets that have been worn
- Pieces damaged through use, cleaning or improper handling after delivery
These exclusions do not apply if the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
How to request a return
- Call or WhatsApp +91 93637 34144, or email silverandshine.enquiries@gmail.com, with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will confirm whether the item is eligible and share the return address or pickup details.
- Pack the piece securely in its original packing. We are not responsible for damage caused by poor packing on the way back.
Refunds
When the returned piece reaches us, we inspect it and let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. For NEFT payments we refund to the bank account you share with us.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it is treated as a return under this policy.
We may cancel an order if a piece is unavailable, or if there is an error in the price or description. In that case you will receive a full refund.
