Using this website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate details when you create an account or place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential.
Products and descriptions
We describe and photograph our pieces as accurately as we can. Many of our products are handcrafted, so slight variations in finish, colour, size and weight are natural. Colours may also look different on different screens. Weights and dimensions, where shown, are approximate.
Where a product does not yet have a photograph, we are happy to share photos or a video on request before you order.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping charges are shown separately at checkout. Prices and availability may change without notice.
We accept payment by UPI, credit and debit cards, and NEFT bank transfer through secure payment partners. We do not store your full card details.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a piece is out of stock, or if there is an obvious error in price or description. If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy and returns by our returns & refunds policy, which form part of these terms.
Content and trademarks
The Silver & Shine name, logo, text, graphics and photographs on this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Liability
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our failure to meet these terms, up to the value of your order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, natural events or customs holds. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
